New Banking Partners

One of the reasons we switched banking partners is to make depositing and withdrawing money easier than before. In the near future, you will enjoy enhanced banking features, such as instant credit for loyal members with positive transaction histories, quicker processing times and localized banking for more countries.

Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Funding Measures

Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Funding Measures

To maintain compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist funding legislation and to enhance the overall security of your account(s) and our network, we have introduced more stream-lined verification measures.

As of February 2009, Business account members have had to become verified to send, request, deposit and withdraw money. As well as submitting a proof of address and photo ID, Business account holders must submit a proof of ownership for their business.

New Business Tools for Online Sellers

* Multi-Item Checkout: Multi-Item Checkout allows you to further integrate your shopping cart by listing all the items a customer is checking out with.

* Mass Pay: If you have weekly payouts like commissions or referral payments, you can now view past batch payment details and locate individual payouts without effort.

* IPN Upgrade: Many sellers have to contact us when they do not receive an IPN post for a specific transaction and we have to send it again. We now send up to nine IPN posts until we get confirmation that their server has received it.

AlertPay Approved Exchangers

Due to popular demand, we now allow members to use select exchangers through our service. If you need to use an exchanger, you can use the following: http://alertexchanger.com/exchange/alertpay-exchange.html. If you use an exchanger that we do not recognize, you do so at your own risk. Please note that we will be publishing a list of AlertPay-recognized exchangers on the website soon.
